IIM bangalore is organizing Policy Hackathon on 17th and 18th August 2012.
Everyone is invited !!
Recently, I was able to convince them to waive off the fee and make it free for everyone, especially the Open Data Community :-). They were impressed with the kind of events that data community has organized in the last one year.
Also, to mention, not only participation in the Hackathon is free but also there are cash prizes worth *Rs 1,00,000*. Also, participants will get an opportunity to attend a special workshop on how to handle NSSO dataset. It would be great if we could participate in great numbers.
