Documentation Officer - One vacancy (UR). Scale of pay: Rs.15600-39100 (PB3) Grade Pay Rs.5400/-. Age: 40 years. 

Qualifications: Essential:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in any subject preferably in Science from a recognized University or institution. 
(2) Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Library and Information Science of a recognised University or institution. 
(3) Five years experience as Head of a Library or Seven years experience as Assistant Librarian or Ten years experience in a library with high standing, preferably in a Research Institute/University.

Age limits will be reckoned as on 02.04.2013. Age limit is not applicable to in-service candidates. Maximum age is relax-able up to 5 years for SC/ST and up to 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them.Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen and other categories as per rules. All the posts carry Dearness Allowance and other benefits as applicable to Central Government Employees. The number of vacancies indicated above are provisional and the same may vary depending on the actual requirement. The
Board reserves the right not to fill up all or any of the posts. The Board also reserves the right to short-list for interview only the optimum number of most eligible candidates from applicants possessing the requisite qualifications. 

Candidates must apply online using the Careers link in the website www.rubberboard.org.in Closing date for submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA) through ORA website is 23:59 Hrs on 02.04.2013 after which the link will be disabled. Applications received from candidates through any
other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. 

Detailed instructions are provided in the website. Candidates are requested to register online using a valid e-mail address and password. Candidates are also requested to take out a print of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application (ORA) through ORA website as the same along with specified documents/ certificates will have to be submitted at the time of interview.

Call letter for test/interview would be mailed to the registered e-mail address or can be downloaded from the ORA website. Candidates employed in Govt. service/ Autonomous bodies/Govt. undertakings should submit No Objection Certificate from the present employer at the time of interview. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
