DIRECTOR LIBRARIES
Job Description:

• Provides overall supervision and direction of the assigned library
• Scheduling and assigning staff; requesting facility or equipment maintenance services, as necessary;
• Responding to complaints; responding to disturbances or emergencies; and resolving problems as appropriate.
• Plans, organizes, administers and coordinates library services in a library
• Provides for the upkeep and maintenance of the branch Library building
• Ensures safe, clean, attractive, comfortable environment for patrons and staff;
• Responsibility for the overall safety, condition, cleanliness and soundness of the building and grounds.

Requirements:

• A PhD/Masters Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, knowledge of similar field, ability to manage diversity, conflict resolution and leadership.
