DRDO Training Workshop on "Innovative and Emerging Technologies for Library professionals"

Dear Professionals,
INMAS will be organizing a five days training workshop during 4-8 August 2014. The theme of this training workshop is “Innovative and Emerging Technologies for Library professionals”. Topics that shall be covered include:
• Digital Library Development
• Digital Resources -Enhancing User Experience, Technologies and Critical Issues
• Electronic Publishing
• Ethics and professionalism in library and information services
• Impact of Copyright and IPR on the Free Flow of Knowledge
• New trends, techniques, and innovations in preservation and conservation

I am a Research student of SRTMU undergoing for M.Phil so is it
possible for me to attend the workshop under student category or not?
if yes then please tell me the fees structure because i go through the
prospectus for it but only B.Lib. & M.Lib. students get the fees
concession so please guide me
