] National Portal and Digital Repository for Museums of India- Developed By C-DAC, HCDC, Group, Pune

Dear All,
 
I am very happy to inform you that "National Portal and Digital Repository for Museums of India" designed and developed by Human-Centred Design & Computing Group, was inaugurated by honourable Shri Shripad Naik, Union Minister for Culture & Tourism, Government of India on 21st October 2014 at New Delhi. 

The portal provides access to heritage antiquities from 10 national museums under the Ministry of Culture; and in the near future there are plans to integrate 40 museums under the Archeological Survey of India.

We have also prepared a short film in Hindi and English both which provides information about this project and our future plans.
