Applications are invited for the recruitment of two (02) Project-linked
persons purely on temporary basis to work in the project entitled “An
Annotated Chronological History of Indian Statistical Institute” in the
Library, Reprography & Photography Unit, Kolkata.
Qualification 1st Class Master Degree in any Science/ Social Science subject.
Desirable: Candidates having knowledge and
experience in computer data
entry/ digital processing of records
Pay Rs.16000.00 (Rupees Sixteen thousand only) per month (consolidated).
Tenure of appointment: The appointment is upto 31 March 2016 which may be
extended later /terminated earlier depending on availability of funds &
performance of the selected candidate.
Age The age limit is 35 years as on 01 May 2015. Usual relaxation for
SC/ST/OBC/Women and differently abled candidates.
Candidates are requested to submit the application and bio-data
electronically to repro@isical.ac.in on or before 29 May 2015. The
application and bio-data addressed to the Director, Indian Statistical
Institute, giving particulars of (a) Name (in block letters), (b) Mailing
Address, (c) Email address, (d) Telephone/ Mobile No, (e)
Father’s/Husband’s Name, (f) Date of Birth, (g) Academic Qualifications
(with percentage of marks obtained in each examination), (h) Experience
(if any), (i) SC/ST/OBC/PH status along with attested copies of all
documents/ testimonials. Short listed candidates will be intimated over
email/ mobile. The Institute reserves the right not to appoint any of the
