Job Position: Junior Research Associate / Research Associate

Probation period: 1 year 

Job Location: Bangalore

Functional Area: Knowledge Centre

Educational Qualification: MLISc (Masters in Library & Information Science) with Science degree (BSc Life Science/Chemistry)

Work Experience: 0-5 years

Responsibilities: To provide up-to-date knowledge resources in the field of research/innovation and publication to meet Scientists needs

Age: Below 30

Key Success Factors: Implementation/Development of Digital Library, Library management.


The candidate is expected to be:

• well versed with computers, Internet and library software's/tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills and analytical skills
• Ability to apply existing and emerging technologies to new initiatives and improve library services
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines without losing focus on quality
• Keen learner & proactive

Salary: As per corporate standard
