Applications are invited for the following posts of University Headquarters in the prescribed form alongwith non-refundable, A/C Payee Demand Draft payable at State Bank of India, Sabour Branch (Code no. 11805) for Rs. 250.00 (Rupees two Hundred Fifty) only for General/BC/EBC/RCF candidates and Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred) only for SC/ST candidates of Bihar drawn in favour of the Comptroller, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour (Bhagalpur). The application alongwith all relevant documents should reach theOfficer-In-Charge (Recruitment), Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour-813210 (Bhagalpur) on or before 20-10-2015 up to 05:00 P.M. only through registered post/speed post/courier post. In-service candidates should submit their applications through proper channel. However, they must submit an advance copy with requisite fee within stipulated time. Candidates must write the Advt. 1.      Assistant Director Recruitment:- (01 Post-UR)

Pay Scale- Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4800

Qualification:

(i)                Bachelor degree from a recognized University.

(ii)             Minimum five years of experience of which two years as Section Officer/Asstt. Administrative Officer or an equivalent post in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.  Knowledge of computer application is essential.

2.      Assistant Registrar:- (01 Post-EBC)

Pay Scale- Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4800

Qualification:

(i)                Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.

(ii)             Minimum five years of experience of which two years as Section Officer/Asstt. Administrative Officer or an equivalent post in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Public Sector Undertakings.  Knowledge of computer application is essential.

3.      Section  Officer:- (Two Posts -01 UR, 01 SC)

Pay Scale – Rs. 9300-34800 + G.P. Rs. 4800/-

Qualification:

(i)                Bachelor degree from a recognized University;

(ii)             Five years experience as Assistant or equivalent post in the scale of PB-2, 9300-34800 + GP 4200 in Administration/Accounts/Audit/Establishment work in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.

4.      Personal Assistant:- (04 Posts -01 UR, 01 EBC, 02 SC)

Pay Scale – Rs. 9300-34800 + G.P. Rs. 4600/-

Qualification:

(i)                Bachelor degree from a recognized University;

(ii)             Shorthand- 100 word per minute in English, 80 word per minute in Hindi. Knowledge of computer is essential.

5.      Accountant:- (07 Posts -04 UR, 01 EBC, 01 SC, 01 BC)

Pay Scale – Rs. 9300-34800 + G.P. Rs. 4200/-

Qualification:

(i)                Bachelor degree from a recognized University;

(ii)             Two years experience as Jr. Accountant/Accounts Clerk and knowledge of Computer is essential.

6.      Library Assistant:- (03 Posts -02 UR, 01 EBC)

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 + G.P. Rs. 1900/-

Qualification:

(i)               Intermediate and Diploma and Library Science.

(ii)             Two years work experience in Government Library.

7.      Peon:- (08 Posts -04 UR, 02 EBC, 01 BC, 01 SC)

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 + G.P. Rs. 1800/-

Qualification:

(i)               Matriculation.

(ii)             Physically fit and knowledge of Cycling.

8.      Lab Attendant:- (56 Posts -28 UR, 10 EBC, 06 BC, 02-RCF, 09-SC, 01 ST)

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 + G.P. Rs. 1800/-

Qualification:

(iii)          Matriculation.

(iv)           Physically fit and experience of laboratory work.

Age:-(For the post sl. No. 04 to 08)Minimum 18 years of age and maximum age 37 years for Unreserved, 40 years for BC/EBC/ RCF/Female(UR) and 42 years for SC/ST as on the closing date. 

The University reserves the right not to fill-up the post even after selection. No correspondences will be entertained in this regard. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstances. In no case application received after closing date will be considered. The original application form duly forwarded by parent office must reach this office within a fortnight after closing date in case of in-service candidates.
