National Conference

Scientific Information Resource Centre, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Colaba, Mumbai  in collaboration with  Bombay Science Librarians’ Association (BOSLA), Mumbai is organising a National Conference on "Future  Librarianship: Innovation for Excellence" (NCFL- 2016) during 22-23 April,  2016.

The conference will have invited theme based addresses by experts, paper  presentations by authors and panel discussions by eminent practitioners  in LIS discipline.

Sub-themes include but not limited to:

Digital Libraries
Harnessing Web Resources
Library Technologies and Trends
Library Resource Sharing, Networking and Consortia
Copyright ad IPR
Scientometrics and Webometrics
Human Resource Management

PAPER SUBMISSION:

Original contributions based on practice/theory/research related to the   theme are invited for presentation. All papers will go through a process  of review and accepted papers will be published in the Conference   Proceedings.

Papers should not normally exceed 5,000 words or 16 double-spaced pages,  including tables, diagrams, etc. Also, each paper should contain an abstract, upto ten  keywords, body of the paper, conclusion and references. The paper should   also contain the author's name, organisation and E-mail address.

The format and the references of the paper should be as per the NCFL  2016 Paper Template which can be downloaded from Conference Website.

Please note that only the accepted papers from authors who register for   this conference will be included in the Conference Proceedings. The  manuscript should be in the MSWORD format and can be send toncfl2015.mumbai@gmail.com on   or before 20th March, 2016

Registration Fees: Rs.2000/-
