Applicants are requested to send their bio-data along with details of their contributions made to their respective libraries and MANLIBNET. The contribution for the development of profession should specifically find a place in the bio-data. Application may be sent at akhtaronline@gmail.com on or before December 6, 2018.
On the basis of the applications received, MANLIBNET Executive Council will select the candidate for this Award. The executive council of MANLIBNET reserves the right to select/not select any person for this Award. It may also nominate any other person who might not have applied for the Award.
The Award will be presented during the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Librarianship: Role of Libraries in Learning scheduled to be held at the IIM Trichy on December 10-12, 2018.
Award winners must attend the ceremony and accept the award in person.
Note: MANLIBNET’s current office bearers/Executive Council or MANLIBNET Advisory Board members are not eligible for applying to this Award.
