We are very glad to inform you that SEARCH – The Health Sciences Library and Department of Library and Information Science, Manipal University, Manipal, Karnataka is organizing a national conference on “Management of Modern Libraries (NACML) on 21-22 February, 2014 at the Health Sciences Library, Manipal University, Manipal.

Objectives

To provide an opportunity to LIS professionals to explore the ways and means to manage the modern libraries where electronic resources are playing a pivotal role in meeting the information needs of the users
To explore, discuss and share ideas and knowledge related to innovative modern library management systems to meet the needs of the changing environment

Registration Fee

· Individual: Rs. 600.00

· Students, Research Scholars and Retired Professionals: Rs. 300.00

· Accompanying family member: Rs. 300.00 (without kit and conference material)

Registration fee includes conference kit, working lunch/dinner, refreshment etc. Kindly send your completed registration form along with registration fee in the form of DD in favour of ‘The Dean, KMC, Manipal’ payable at Manipal/Udupi to: The Organizing Secretary, NACML, KMC Health Sciences Library, Manipal University, Manipal – 576 104, Karnataka.
