Vacancy of Assistant Librarian at Central Institute of Hand Tools (MSME-Tool Room), Jalandhar

Central Institute of Hand Tools (MSME-Tool Room), Jalandhar is a Govt. of India Society, a renowned Institute to provide services to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in the field of Dies & Tooling, Forging, Heat Treatment, Training, Design & Development, Calibration & Testing of material.

Central Institute of Hand Tools (MSME-Tool Room), Jalandhar invites applications from dynamic, result oriented persons in the respective fields for filling up the following posts on contract basis: -

Assistant Librarian

(1 Post) (Reserved for OBC) - Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs.5200-20200/- GP Rs.2400/- P.M.

Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: Graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Library Science.
- Desirable: Master Degree in Library with Computer knowledge.
Experience:
- Essential: With 4 years experience in line in an organization of repute & computer working knowledge.
- Desirable: Experience in working computerized library.
Age Limit:

Not exceeding 30 years (As on 01.02.2014).
Relaxable up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for internal candidates.

The appointment would be on contract basis for a period of 5 years initially with further extension based on review of performance of the individual.
