Vacancy of Documentalist at Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat).

Director General medical education and research, Haryana, invites applications for the following posts on contract basis on DC rates (Mewat) for six months extendable as per Haryana Govt. Rules or till the regular candidate joins, for Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat).
Post: Documentalist
Qualifications :
(i) Graduate from a recognized university; OR
B. Lib degree in Library Science from a recognized University;
(ii) Experience in a library.

Last date of submission of application: 04.02.2013 at 5:00 PM
Display of Short listed candidates on website: 06.02.2013
Date of interview: 07th and 08th at Director Office SHKM GMC Mewat.
The application on prescribed Performa along with attested copies of educational certificates and other relevant documents must reach the office of Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Govt. Medical College, Nalhar, Mewat on or before Dt. 31/01/2013(5.00 PM) through Registered/ Speed Post. Applications by courier will not be accepted.
4. Two recent passport size photographs and a Fee of Rs. 100 /- for General category and Rs. 50/- for Reserved Category in the shape of demand draft is mandatory in favour of Director, SHKM GMC Nalhar (Mewat) payable at Nuh should be submitted along with application form.
5. The institute may shortlist the candidate based on certain criteria or can conduct a screening test, if the number of applications happens to be large for any category.
6. The list of eligible candidates along with place, date and time of interview will be displayed on official website ( www.gmcmewat.ac.in / www.dme.gov.in ) by 02/02/2013.
7. The interview will be held on 05th Feb., 2013 from 09:00 AM onwards in the office of Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat). The candidates must bring all the essential certificates/ documents in original for verification at the time of interview
