(i) matriculation or equivalent pass form a recognised Board; and
(ii) two years' experience of working in a Library of the Central Government or of a recognised institution.
Note 1: Period of deputation including period of deputation to another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other organizations or departments of the Central Government shall not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Note 2: For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service for appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1st January, 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the 6th Central Pay Commission recommendation has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendation of the Commission except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation.

The Fourteenth Finance Commission (FFC) is to be constituted shortly by the Central Government. Applications are invited for filing up of the following posts, which are vacant or likely to fall vacant, in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh, during the current calendar year, on adhoc deputation basis from amongst the serving Government Servants and/or on re-employment on contract basis from amongst the retired Government Servants, for a period of one year, from suitable candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions as shown below:-

(ii) Possessing educational qualifications and experience as under
Essential :
(a) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

(c) Two years experience in responsible capacity in a library of standing.
(d) Knowledge of computer operation
Desirable :
(i) Master’s degree in Library Science from the recognized University or equivalent or degree in Law.

It is proposed to fill up the under mentioned posts in the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity ( Ministry of Power ) immediately/in near future on deputation/absorption basis. The number of vacancies mentioned may vary:-

Eligibility Criteria:
