The role will require good communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with various teams.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for managing the service catalogue
Have worked on Integration projects
Used any of the ETL tools
Used adapters, mediaters
o Introducing new services
o Updating existing services
o Replacing/Retiring services
Version control of services, tracking usage
Change control & consolidation of impact assessments
Ensuring governance around multiple service versions is enforced
Maintaining documentation around the web services
Apply security policy on web services
Monitor and manage web services usage for upgrades and decommissioning of services.
Qualifications
General
Minimum 3 years experience as a Middleware Librarian role
Ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, experience working with individuals in remote locations preferred
General management skills around change control
Technical
A good understanding of IT including infrastructure, databases, .Net, Java, web based applications, distributed environments, Citrix, VMs, etc.
Good understanding of SOA, data integration / ETL.
Understand security policies and WS-* addressing
Knowledge of AD and/or LDAP

- Masters degree or higher in Library Information Science recognized by an accrediting body such as the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), and a degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Demonstrated knowledge and at least 8 years experience in: (i) Planning, implementation and management of integrated Library Management Systems and software programs associated with library functions; (ii) Management of wide area and local area networks; (iii) Management of an electronic office (PCs, Windows, mobile devices, etc.) and relational databases; (iv) Programming. (V) Design and management of web sites; (vi) Digitization of library materials;
