The presentation will introduce the set of licenses from Creative Commons explaining some basic concepts of copyright, including the different uses of the licenses especially in research and education.

The webinar will be presented by Ignasi Labastida. Currently working at the CRAI of the University of Barcelona, Ignasi is the Public Leader of Creative Commons in Spain since its starting in 2003. He has also been member of the Board of Directors of the OCW Consortium.

Johannes Keizer, team leader AIMS at the FAO of the United Nations, will moderate the session.

candidates for filling up 1 (one) post of Collegerlibrarian forthe Govt. College , Pay Band of Rs.r-15600-Rs,39100 with AGp of Rs,6000/- per month plus other allowances admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees from time to time. The lone post is reserved for
APST candidates. The post is temporary but likely to be made permanent. Vacancy position is subject to variation. -
1.The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 28 years of age as on 29.05.2014 However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for Apsc and another 5 years for govt. employees.
