Job Description

IILM Graduate School of Management was established in the year 1993 to offer Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has been rated as “A” category Business school in India by AIMA, IMRB. It is situatedin 7 acres, the lush green campus in Greater Noida.

To add to the pool of existing talent IILM invites applications from academically and professionally qualified faculty members with excellent communication skills, ability to relateto the students, display creative and innovative teaching will be preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

Academically Qualified Faculty

Fellows/Fresh Post Graduates from Leading institutes like IIM’s, IIT’s, ISB, MDI and other institutes of national repute in all areas of management .Faculty should have Published work andScholarship in the area of teaching.

Professionally Qualified Faculty

Professionals with Post Graduate Degree in Management from top B-schools and about 5 years of relevant Industry Experience.

Preferred age:25 to 45 years

Applicants residing in close vicinity of the campus will be given preference. Residential facility for applicant and spouse is available on campus.
