Job Description:
- Provides overall supervision and direction of the assigned library
- Scheduling and assigning staff; requesting facility or equipment maintenance services, as necessary;
- Responding to complaints; responding to disturbances or emergencies; and resolving problems as appropriate.
- Plans, organizes, administers and coordinates library services in a library
- Provides for the upkeep and maintenance of the branch Library building
- Ensures safe, clean, attractive, comfortable environment for patrons and staff;
- Responsibility for the overall safety, condition, cleanliness and soundness of the building and grounds.
- A PhD/Masters Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, knowledge of similar field, ability to manage diversity, conflict resolution and leadership.
