The Library of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta will appoint a few Library Trainees for an ongoing project. Followings are the details of the appointment:
1. The appointment is purely temporary and contractual for three (3) months only.
2. The job for which these Trainees will be appointed is extremely data-intensive. Hence only hardworking and confident individuals should apply.
3. Desirable qualification is M.Lib.Sc. However individuals with B.Lib.Sc and proven record of experience of data-intensive jobs will also be considered.
4. Preference will be given to those who have some experiences of work
4. Applications must be sent only to librarian@iimcal.ac.in
5. No application will be received in person.
6. No enquiry about this appointment will be entertained.
7. Salary will be commensurate with the experience and qualification
subject to a maximum of Rs 10,000/ per month.
8. Selected candidates will have to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week
with weekly off on roster basis.
9. Institute cannot provide any on-campus accommodation.
