Vacancy of Technical Officer (Library) in Bhabha Atomic Centre, Mumbai

Most of the direct recruitment is made at entry level of Scientific/technical officer C. However, we recruit Officers at senior levels, through open advertisements, to meet some specific requirements, which expertise may not be available internally. For certain specific categories, recruitment is also carried out other than through the specified training schemes mentioned above and is made through open advertisements in leading newspapers. The direct recruitment of officers with qualifications of B.E. / M.Sc. will be carried out as Technical Officer (C). Age limit for direct recruitment For Scientists and Engineers in the grade (C) and above, the age will be taking into account the qualifications and experience for required posts. The norms for direct recruitment to following posts are Sr. No. Post Qualification Experience 1 TO(C) (Translator in Foreign languages) B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Degree in Foreign language with 60% marks. 2 years in translation and interpretation. 2 TO(C) Library and Information Science M.Lib. Inf. Science with minimum 55% marks. NET pass or experience 4 years in responsible capacity in a University Level Library 3 TO(C) (Safety Officer) BE / ME Degree in Safety Engineering or BE in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical/Civil Engineering with 60% marks and diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central/State Governments. Factory experience in Industrial Safety desirable. 4 SO(C) (Radiological Physics) M.Sc with 60% marks. Diploma in Radiological Physics conducted by BARC - 5 SO(F) (Medical Administrator) MBBS Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration OR MBBS Diploma in Hospital Administration 12 years out of which 3 years as Hospital Administrator 15 years out of which 3 years as Hospital administrator
