Essential Qualification: 1. Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record. 2. At least 13 years of experience as Deputy Librarian in University library or any other library statutory organization or 18 years experience as a College Librarian 3. Evidence of innovative Library service and organization of published work.
Desirable Qualification: M. Phil. / Ph.D. Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation / Archives and Manuscript Keeping.
Scale of pay: Rs.37000-67000 +AGP Rs.10000/
Age limit: 56 Years.
