Applications are invited for filling up of the following posts, which are lying vacant in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Jaipur on ad-hoc deputation basis from amongst the serving Government Servants and/or re-employment on contract basis for a period of one year from suitable candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions as shown below:-

Eligibility conditions:

Deputation including short-term contract, (i) Persons holding analogous posts, in any Central or State Governments or High Courts and District Courts thereto or in lower posts with at least five years regular service in the scale of Rs 4000-100-6000(pre-revised) or equivalent and
(ii) possessing educational qualifications and experience as under 

Essential:
(a) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(b) Diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or Institute.
(c) Two years experience in responsible capacity in a library of standing.
(d) Knowledge of computer operation
Desirable
(i) Master`s degree in Library Science from the recognized University or equivalent or degree in Law.
(ii) Experience of documentation work in a responsible capacity.

Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Deputation including short-term contract – (i) from amongst Daftry`s or Jamadar`s in the Central Government or Armed Forces or State Governments, Supreme Court or High Courts and District Courts and Central Administrative Tribunal, who have rendered at least three years regular service in the capacity and having qualifications as under:-
(a) Middle School Standard passed from any recognized School.
(b) Experience of working at least one year in a library.

चित्तौड़गढ़ पुस्तकालय परिसर में सट्टे - शराब का खेल

चित्तौड़गढ़। लगता हैशहर के जिला पुस्तकालय परिसर में सट्टा खेलने और शराब पीने की खुली छूट है। पुस्तकालय परिसर में मिली सामग्री को देखकर तो ऎसा ही प्रतीत हो रहा है। जिला पुस्तकालय परिसर को लम्बे समय से समाजकंटकों ने अपना ठिकाना बना रखा है।

पुलिस की गाडियां कई बार इस राह से गुजरती है, लेकिन जानकर भी पुलिस इन सब से अनजान बनी हुई है। चार दिन पहले ही जब पुस्तकाल परिसर में देसी बबूल का पेड़ काटा गया, तब वहां पहंुचे क्षेत्र के लोगों ने पुस्तकालय परिसर से सट्टे के अंक लिखने के काम आने वाली ढेरों डायरियां एक पुलिसकर्मी को यह कहते हुए सौंपी थी कि वह यह पर्चियां थाना प्रभारी को बताएं, ताकि उनमें ज्ञानार्जन स्थल परिसर में हो रहे सट्टे को रोकने की इच्छाशक्ति जाग सके।

इन डायरियों के पन्नों पर बाकायदा कोड भाषा में अंक लिखे हुए थे और खुद सिपाही ने यह सट्टे की डायरियां होने से इनकार नहीं किया था, लेकिन चार दिन बाद भी सार्वजनिक स्थल पर चल रहे सट्टे के कारोबार को रोकने के लिए पुलिस अघिकारियों ने इच्छाशक्ति नहीं दिखाई। चार दीवारों को अवैध केबिनों से घेरा हुआ है, इनमें से कुछ केबिनों में सट्टे का कारोबार होता देखा जा सकता है। हालत यह है कि राह चलते आदमी को पुस्तकालय नजर ही नहीं आता।

कोटा.एक क्लिक करो और दुनिया की किसी भी लाइब्रेरी में उपलब्ध पत्र-पत्रिकाएं व दुर्लभ पुस्तकें आपके सामने। कोटा के राजकीय सार्वजनिक मंडल पुस्तकालय में दो माह बाद मिलने लगेगी मुफ्त में यह सुविधा। इससे शोधार्थी छात्रों को अपनी रिसर्च के लिए संदर्भ जुटाने का फायदा मिलेगा वहीं आम नागरिक भी इसका लाभ उठा सकेंगे।

अभी यूआईटी कार्यालय परिसर में चल रहा मंडल पुस्तकालय सीएडी कॉलोनी में निर्माणाधीन अपने भवन में शिफ्ट होने के बाद वहां ग्लोबल विलेज लाइब्रेरी की यह सुविधा उपलब्ध होने लगेगी। पुस्तकालय में इसके लिए अलग से कक्ष होगा। वहां पुस्तकालय में उपलब्ध किताबों के साथ ही देश-विदेश की ई-लाइब्रेरी की पुस्तकें भी इंटरनेट पर मुहैया हो सकेंगी।

कई पुरानी व नई पुस्तकें शोधार्थी छात्रों और ज्ञान अर्जित करने वाले लोगों को निशुल्क पढ़ने को मिलेंगी। साथ ही कोई भी नई पुस्तक छपने के तत्काल बाद पढ़ने को मिल सकेगी। दुनिया के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जो भी समसामयिक घटनाएं-हलचल होती है, उसकी जानकारी मिल सकेगी। कोटा संभाग में मंडल पुस्तकालय पहली लाइब्रेरी होगी जहां यह सुविधा उपलब्ध मिलेगी।

मंडल पुस्तकालय को इलेक्ट्रोनिक नॉलेज सेंटर बनाने के लिए पांच लाख रुपए लागत के प्रोजेक्ट को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। राजाराम मोहनराय पुस्तकालय कोलकाता के सहयोग से यह सुविधा मिलेगी। इसके लिए मंडल पुस्तकालय में दस कंप्यूटर लगाए जाएंगे और सर्वर होगा। इस लाइब्रेरी में उपलब्ध सारी पुस्तकें भी कंप्यूटराइज्ड हो जाएंगी। पुस्तकों के लेन-देन का सिस्टम भी कंप्यूटराइज्ड हो जाएगा।

मंडल पुस्तकालय प्रभारी दीपक श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक दो माह बाद लाइब्रेरी में ये सुविधाएं मिलने लगेगी। नए भवन में आडीटोरियम होगा जिसमें वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग सुविधा होगी।

वेद पुस्तकालय बनेगा मंत्रों पर होगा अनुसंधान

यज्ञशाला का निर्माण होगा, 10 करोड़ की लागत का अनुमान, केंद्र के लिए डिटेल रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाएगी

     लोढ़ी काशी के नाम से पहचाने जाने वाले बांसवाड़ा शहर में वेद अध्ययन केंद्र ((सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस इन वैदिक स्टडीज)) की स्थापना को लेकर डिटेल रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाएगी। 

साथ ही बांसवाड़ा में वेद पुस्तकालय की स्थापना की जाएगी। उक्त जानकारी मोहनलाल सुखाडिय़ा विश्व विद्यालय, उदयपुर के प्रो.डॉ. नीरज शर्मा ((हेड ऑफ डिपार्टमेंट संस्कृत व सदस्य राजस्थान रा'य संस्कृत सलाहकार बोर्ड)) ने भास्कर से बातचीत के दौरान दी। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे क्षेत्र के साथ पूरे देश के लोगों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय के वाइस चांसलर प्रो. आई.वी त्रिवेदी के संरक्षण में करीब 10 करोड़ की लागत की परियोजना तैयार की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि डिटेल रिपोर्ट तैयार होने के बाद आवश्यक कार्रवाई के तहत प्रस्ताव यूजीसी को भिजवाए जाएंगे।
15 बीघा जमीन के लिए जिला प्रशासन को पत्र भेजेंगे
इस संबंध में मोहनलाल सुखाडिय़ा विश्वविद्यालय, उदयपुर के वाइस चांसलर प्रो. आई.वी त्रिवेदी ने बताया कि बांसवाड़ा में सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस इन वैदिक स्टडीज स्थापित करने के मद्देनजर 15 बीघा जमीन उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन को पत्र लिखा जाएगा। 
विद्वानों से लिया जाएगा मार्गदर्शन
प्रो. डॉ. नीरज शर्मा ने बताया कि परियोजना को सफल बनाने व उसके विस्तृत लाभ के लिए मूर्धन्य विद्वान मैसूर विश्व विद्यालय के प्रो. एम.ए. लक्ष्मी टाटाचार्य, संस्कृत विश्व विद्यालय जयपुर के वाइस चांसलर प्रो. रामानुज देवनाथन, प्रो.दयानंद भार्गव आदि का मार्ग दर्शन लिया जाएगा।
केंद्र की स्थापना से ये होंगे लाभ
:मंत्र व वेद विज्ञान के सैद्धांतिक व प्रायोगिक पक्षों पर अध्ययन व अनुसंधान की सुविधाएं।
:परंपरागत वेद शाखाओं के सस्वर पाठ को प्रोत्साहन।
:वेदों की बची हुई सभी 13 शाखाओं के संरक्षण के प्रयास।
:विश्व स्तरीय विस्तृत वैदिक पुस्तकालय की स्थापना।
:परंपरागत वेद शाखाओं के सस्वर पाठ को प्रोत्साहन।
:यज्ञ शाला का निर्माण।
