The role of Library and Information Centers in the present era is ever changing and the traditional services have taken a new shape in the light of the Information Technological developments. Physical locations for ease of access to Library resources no longer an issue. Now Libraries are facilitating their users with 24/7 access using Internet Technology. Today physical use of libraries is declining drastically and most of the Librarians are expressing their concern over this development and are feeling insecure due to fall of user attendance in Libraries.
