The G D Goenka University, established in 2013, a leading university imparting high quality professional educational programmes of international standards and offers courses in all areas of learning. The university is looking for young, dynamic, tech-savvy, highly motivated and talented young professionals in library science for serving as Library Trainees purely on a temporary basis for one year. The period may be extended further for one more year as per performance.
Number of vacancies: 2 (may be increased if needed)
Qualification: Master in Library and Information Science from a reputed university. (Sound IT skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills will be the additional qualification for the position.)
Nature of Traineeship: Learn about functioning and services of different sections of the library.
Remuneration: consolidated stipend of Rs.15000/-
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in Interviews.
